We had a lovely week ........ We enjoyed exploring the area from the coastal town of Saint Marie sur La Mer up to the Lavender fields of Sault and appreciated returning to the house to cool off in the pool. The only complaint we have is that the time passed too quickly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette charmante maison. Très bien équipée, privilégiant d un exterrieur magnifique et très spacieux. Patricia a été d excellents conseils pour découvrir les environs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée, les jeux, la vaisselle, le calme, la luminosité.... Cette maison ne ressemble pas à un gîte épuré sans âme, elle transmet une énergie exceptionnelle. Un vrai coup de cœur.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Garten konnten wir das schöne Wetter geniessen. Der grosse Garten bot uns - trotz dem starken Mistral - im Windschatten der Hecken Gelegenheit zum Sonnenbaden. Auch unser Hund genoss es, sich ohne Leine im Garten austoben zu können.
Für den Weg nach Saint Rémy haben wir immer das Auto benutzt, da die Strecke vom Haus ins Stadtzentrum für einen Fussmarsch doch etwas lang ist und es keine geeigneten Fusswege gibt.

All went smoothly, with us having plenty of opportunity to relax and visit plenty of the surrounding area. Avignon, Arles, Casis, Marseille, Baux-de-Provence, Luberon etc etc. All really great on our first visit.
St Rémy was a great base for our first stay in Provence. So many restaurants! We were spoilt for choice.
To top it all off the weather was fantastic.

We had a lovely week thoroughly enjoying the house and the area. St Remy is definitely a favourite along with the 'art' caves near Les Baux and also Avignon. The house was great for our family and the pool cooled us down after the hot sunshine returned. Many thanks for letting us use your lovely house, we certainly hope to return one day.

On our last full day at La Maison Blanche, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed ourselves both here at the house and in Provence. Our only regrets, I think, are that we can't spend more time in the region and, because of all there is to see and do around here, that we didn't spend enough time just relaxing at the house itself! (We were able to prepare a couple of excellent meals here, though, thanks to the well-appointed kitchen and the abundant vegetables, cheeses, breads, wines ...).
Anyway, as I said, we loved the house -- it is exactly as it's portrayed in the photos, has everything we could have asked for to make us feel at home and has such serene and picturesque grounds.

Remarquable maison située dans la campagne de Saint Rémy de Provence, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le niveau d'équipement et l'agencement de cette location. Les literies sont confortables, les espaces extérieurs sont tout simplement superbes, très bien entretenus et propices à la détente et aux barbecues. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine hors sol qui est de taille tout à fait suffisante mais encore trop froide à cette époque de l'année. Andrew a été particulièrement prévenant, attentionné et rapide dans ses réponses. La maison est située un peu à l'écart de St Rémy de Provence, mais ne comptez pas plus de 6 mn pour rejoindre le centre ville en voiture. La maison est très bien située pour démarrer des balades en vélo au cœur des Alpilles. En résumé La Maison Blanche est une très bonne location à saisir sans aucune hésitation.

We had a lovely week at La Maison Blanche in early August after a few days tour in Champagne on the drive down. The house is just like in the pictures - well equipped and a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Very comfortable beds and a tiny peaceful hamlet so great sleep. As there was a heatwave all four of us enjoyed the comfortable sunbeds, beautiful garden (with shade under the trees) and swimming pool. There are so many great places to visit nearby - L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue was a favourite. And there are lots of lovely restaurants neaby - we particularly enjoyed Bistrot L'Aubergine, Chez Laurent & Restaurant Gilles - all in Eygalieres (5 mins drive away from Maison Blanche). There's a great Intermarche in St Remy as well as a wonderful Patisserie called La Fournée Des Alpilles. We would love to go back soon.

Sally Ann and I stayed at Maison Blanche for 8 days . The house is in the countryside, quite beautifully appointed and has everything one could wish for. Access to Saint Remy is very easy by car (about 8 minutes drive). The house is very spacious and the owners, who live in the UK, are friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful experience and would love to return and stay longer.

Everything was perfect. Lovely comfy beds, open fire, 2 large fridges- 1 for our wine. We sat enjoying late afternoon aperos in the garden, listening to the sounds of nature. we even picked kaki(persimmons) from the tree in the orchard. Very highly recommended

We had a lovely, relaxing week here.
The house is comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. The kitchen is well-equipped, so we ate in most evenings. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean with a bath and a fantastic walk-in shower.
The garden is huge, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sun. We enjoyed the pool, although, by the end of September, the temperature was more bracing than refreshing!
St-Remy is within extremely easy reach (10 mins by car) and has dozens of restaurants, lots of shops and boutiques and a couple of supermarkets. Les Baux, Avignon, Nimes and Arles are all within an easy drive and worth a visit.
